These muffins are so delicious! You would never guess they are packed full of nutrients and not a lot of sugar!
These did not make it long in my household and I need to make some more soon.
Did I mention they are so simple to make. Kids will love making them as much as they love eating them! 🙂
1/2 cup whole wheat pastry four
2 tbs flaxseed (ground)
2 tbs wheat germ
2 tbs oats (ground)
2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tbs cocoa powder
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips or carob chips
3/4 cup + 1 tbs chocolate almond milk (unsweetened)
Mix all dry ingredients then add milk then chocolate chips. Fill muffin tin and bake at 385 for 12 minutes.
