There are many ways to make homemade toothpaste. The possibilities are endless. Below I provide a few different recipes that vary in complexity but remember you can always use different flavors or try new things! It might take a few tries and tweaks to get the consistency, flavor, sweetness to fit you or your family.  Don’t give up. It took multiple tries to get a batch that my son loved.

My teeth have never been more white and my mouth feels great! TRY IT for a while and you’ll see the results of this natural whitener!

Homemade toothpaste can be tricky for children, or even adults, who already are accustomed to commercial toothpaste. When my son makes comments about his “old toothpaste,” I remind him the reason it tasted “so good” or had a “better consistency” is because of CHEMICALS. Yes, there are lots of chemicals in your toothpaste. Some of which cause mouth ulcers, gum problems, or even teeth discoloration. Not to mention what gets absorbed or swallowed and enters your body.
