Roasted Sweet Peppers
line sweet peppers on a baking sheet, drizzle with canola oil and salt & pepper, 400 degree over for 15 min or until tender. Once finished, split open the peppers and clean the seeds out then they’ll lay perfect on the bread.
Carrot dip/sandwich spread
In a food processor combine 1 cup carrots (steamed), 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup raisins, 2 TBS oilve oil, salt and pepper
1 package broccoli slaw- dressed with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinigar, 2 TBS liquid amino, salt and pepper
