Veggie burger, roasted sweet peppers, carrot sandwich spread and broccoli slaw on healthy whole grain bread.

This sandwich is amazing! You could make your own veggie burger and enhance the slaw more if you want but having these items already in the fridge and freezer made putting this together easy for a quick  delicious lunch!

RECIPE

Ezekiel 4:9 Flax Sprouted whole grain bread, toasted if you prefer
ingredients listed below, this company makes good stuff!

Roasted Sweet Peppers
line sweet peppers on a baking sheet, drizzle with canola oil and salt & pepper, 400 degree over for 15 min or until tender. Once finished, split open the peppers and clean the seeds out then they’ll lay perfect on the bread.

Carrot dip/sandwich spread
In a food processor combine 1 cup carrots (steamed), 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup raisins, 2 TBS oilve oil, salt and pepper

Broccoli Slaw
1 package broccoli slaw- dressed with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinigar, 2 TBS liquid amino, salt and pepper
