Blake’s All Fruit Watermelon Lime Mint Popsicle

Blake made his first recipe and cooking video.
“Watermelon Lime Mint Popsicles” using the lime mint he picked from the garden. These are simple, healthy, fun and delicious. Making homemade popsicles are easy and healthier than the store bought kind. WORTH IT.
He did great, getting so big…

2 cups watermelon
1/4 cup lime mint leaves or mint of preference
juice of 1/2 a lime
1/4 cup HOT water
Popsicle molds or cups & popsicle sticks or whatever works best for you.

Blend the watermelon with an immersion blender, regular blender, or what works for you.
Add the lime juice.
Steep the mint in the hot water, can muddle a little to release more flavor. Strain the mint leaves and add the infused water to the juice mix.
Stir all together then fill popsicle molds.
Place in freezer. Should be ready in about 3 1/2 hours.

Blake made his first cooking video! He loved doing it and LOVED his popsicles 🙂
